This site is adjacent to the company headquarters at Centre Park House and the development is strategically located in the centre of the Cork Docklands rejuvenation project.
The development will be eight stories in height with a set back footprint on the eighth storey and will accommodate business and technology uses. There will be two stories of basement car parking which will accommodate 211 no. car parking spaces while the premises can accommodate up to 1,000 workers.
